Defective products

If you have received an incorrect or defective item in your order, please go to your order history, select the affected order, choose the garment(s) with the issue, and click on the "Request Returns" button.

To speed up the process, please send us a photo of the defect and/or tare via WhatsApp at [phone]. Once we receive your return request and the photos, we will approve your return.

You will then receive an email with a prepaid return label to attach to your package. You have two options:

1. Take the package to any post office.
2. Let us know if you would like the courier to collect the package from your store.

As soon as we receive the package, we will process your refund.

Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, including labels and any packaging. All products will be inspected upon return.
